tamai.garden is a concept site for a long-term AI life simulation in early development. It is operated as a personal project, not a company.

The only way we collect personal data is through the contact form on the home page. When you submit the form, we receive:

• An optional message

We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or any other passive data collection. We do not collect IP addresses or browsing behaviour.

How we use it

Your name and email are used for one purpose: to contact you when tamai.garden is ready to open. If you included a message, we use it to better understand what people are looking for.

We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or anything you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are processed by a third-party form service that receives your submission data and forwards it to us. No one else receives your data. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or pass it to any other third party.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until tamai.garden opens and you have been contacted, or until you ask us to remove them — whichever comes first.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or EEA, you have rights under the GDPR including the right to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, use the contact form on the home page and we will respond within 30 days.
